Released in 2001, magazine “Cabeleireiros.com” addresses all relevant aspects of the beauty market, with intensive focus on the needs of professionals of this area. Its technical and exclusive contents are an important source and reference for makeup artists, hairdressers and beauticians that use information to increase, improve and upgrade their careers and business.
The publication is issued every two months, and is distributed in over 30,000 shops and spas in Brazil and abroad. In 2010, its design and publishing project have been completely remodeled for a more modern drive of exclusive articles. By 2011, the magazine will be issued on a monthly basis.
BSG Magazine
Fashion and beauty are the focus of BSG Magazine. Written with a clear and engaging style, the publication is a source of information and consultation for readers who need quick access to every aspect of fashion, hairstyle, trends, accessories, business management, product launches and much more.
BSG Magazine circulates throughout Brazil, with special distribution in the main cities of the Southern and Southeastern regions, such as São Paulo, Campinas and Curitiba, which are areas with strong presence in the Brazilian market.
BSGWORLD Network
Launched in 2009, the first Brazilian social network for beauty professionals is a great tool for hairdressers, makeup artists, estheticians, entrepreneurs and those interested in this segment.
In its first year, the network has over 19,000 members exchanging information and contents. Its photo gallery is the highlight with over 33, 000 images of works by Brazilian and foreign professionals.
The BSGWorld Network is an excellent tool for disseminating new professionals. Most active users are selected, and their work is published on the magazine pages and portal “Cabeleireiros.com”.

Website “www.cabeleireiros.com” was launched in early 2007. Its purpose is to provide market information and news for beauty professionals.
Cabeleireiros.com is currently visited by 130 thousand people every month, with 500,000 monthly page views. People can follow trends, new techniques and concepts of colorimetry, haircuts, hairstyles, product launches and step-by-steps.
In the service area, professionals can register their résumés and check some job offers, which are important tools to move the Brazilian beauty market.
BSG Academy
BSG Academy is the new concept in beauty academies for professionals. Created with the aim of promoting up-to-date courses, it offers a highly innovative curriculum and classes taught by renowned Brazilian and foreign hairstylists.
Currently, BSG operates in two units: Campinas (State of São Paulo) and Curitiba (State of Paraná). Both units are strategically located and have full infrastructure to meet all needs of students and teachers.
With a strong focus on the high quality of services and innovative spirit, the BSG Academy expands its acting to all states of Brazil with the BSG Academy Express, which offers courses in areas that are not provided with a fixed unit.
BSG.U – Our College Project
The goal of the BSG.U project is to improve the Brazilian beauty market through educational opportunities in technical courses in all areas of beauty, fashion and design.
Our schedule includes courses on hair design, fashion design, events, photography and cinema, and everything required to provide students with greater theory and hands-on practice interaction. The BSG.U College will start to operate in 2011, and is fully accredited by the Brazilian Government.
BSG WorldFestival
Fashion, beauty, esthetics, charity and business. These were the pillars of the first edition of BSG World Festival, held at Expo Unimed Curitiba and Teatro Positivo. Four days of shows, workshops, conferences and a complete exhibition area brought knowledge and innovation to more than 8,000 professionals.
Passarela BSG World
Fifteen national and international teams met in the luxurious facilities of Teatro Positivo to present a beautiful fashion, beauty, creativity and solidarity show for an audience of 2,500 people. At stage, the newest trends from Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, England, Spain and Argentina were seen.
The great advantage of Passarela BSG World is its charitable aspect. In 2010, part of the income collected was donated to hospital Erasto Gaertner and APR – Associação Paranaense de Reabilitação, which are references in Curitiba and also partners of the BSG group in this innovative project.
Creative Color International
The biggest event on technical contents of the Americas
Sponsored by Itallian Hairtech, the biggest event on technical contents of the Americas celebrated its 10th anniversary with style. During three days, a thousand congressmen could see the talent and creativity of eight national and international teams. In the eight technical workshops, the audience could interact with the hairstylists and learn the techniques applied in each look.
Besides being references in creating trends and avant-garde looks, the hairstylists that participated in the 10th Anniversary of Creative Color International have focused their careers on the educational segment and have won significant international awards.
Palco das Américas
Approximately 8,000 visitors of Expo BSG World watched free performances of Brazilian and international hairdressers on Palco das Américas. Located at Expo Unimed Curitiba, the event was held on June 27-29 and brought professionals from Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile, which showed in detail the preparation of fashion and bridal hairstyles and techniques.
BSG Awards
Fifteen hairdressers accepted the challenge of facing a jury of renowned hairstylists and show their talent to a huge audience. The top three in each category were awarded (each received, respectively, R$ 1,500.00, R$ 1,000.00 and R$ 500.00). For having earned more points, Edson de Jesus was the champion of champions and received a “kit salon” with furniture from Van De Velde in the amount of R$ 5,000.00.
EXPO BSG World
Held on June 26-29, 2010, at Expo Unimed Curitiba, the Expo BSG World gathered more than 8,000 visitors who were in touch with some of the most important trades of beauty, esthetics and esthetic medicine. In a 6,000m2 area, more than 40 exhibitors showcased their services and released new products to visitors from the States of Alagoas, Bahia, Espirito Santo, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Pará, Paraná, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Sergipe and the Federal District.
BSG SPA, Esthetics & Wellness
Two days dedicated to the exchange of experiences among 400 Brazilian professionals and over 30 national and international experts of esthetics, esthetic medicine, podiatry, marketing and business management. This was the objective of BSG World Spa, Esthetic & Wellness, which offered a full range of knowledge for professionals to give Brazilians a career upgrade.
BSG SHOP
In addition to provide technical contents, in 2011 the BSG group will expand its coverage area. BSG Shop will market beauty products by online sales, catalog and stores, besides being present in major beauty fairs of Brazil.
